We're seeking a seasoned Account Executive with at least 8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally from a mid-sized digital marketing agency environment.


This role is all about results—primarily through outbound sales efforts.  You'll identify opportunities, engage in decision-makers, and build strong client relationships to drive revenue for both our digital marketing and commercial print services.  Success in this role requires someone who thrives on proactive outreach, is highly skilled at nurturing leads with consistent follow-up, and can turn conversations into long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

Outbound Sales Leader

  • Take ownership of outbound sales efforts by identifying and engaging mid-sized to enterprise-level businesses ($30–$500 million in revenue) through cold outreach, prospecting, and leveraging your network.
  • Meet or exceed outbound activity metrics (e.g., calls made, emails sent, meetings booked) while consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent outbound activities and ensure opportunities are regularly advancing through the sales funnel.

Inbound Lead Conversion Specialist

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads—prioritizing speed and quality engagement to qualify opportunities within hours of receipt.
  • Implement a high-touch follow-up process with multiple touchpoints (calls, emails, personalized outreach) to nurture inbound leads effectively until they convert into clients.
  • Track all interactions in CRM tools like HubSpot to ensure no opportunity is missed while maintaining visibility into lead progress.

Strategic Collaborator

  • Work closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Growth to refine sales strategies that align with company objectives across both service areas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide actionable feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Regularly analyze performance metrics to optimize your approach for both outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion.

Future Leader

  • Upon achieving revenue milestones, transition into a leadership role by building out a high-performing sales team under your guidance.
  • Implement proven strategies that drive consistent results across the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 8 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and closing deals with mid-sized to enterprise-level.
  • Proven success in converting inbound leads through quick response times and high-touch lead nurturing strategies.
  • Experience selling both digital marketing retainers and commercial print solutions—or the ability to quickly learn how to sell across these two service areas effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels, build trust quickly, and present ideas clearly.
  • A history of driving significant revenue growth through consultative selling techniques that focus on solving client challenges rather than simply pitching services.
  • Experience scaling sales operations or leading junior team members in a growing organization.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot for pipeline management and reporting.

Position Overview:

Sales Representatives are the principal point of contact liaising our business with customers. In this key position as an Outside Sales Representative, you are responsible for prospecting and developing new business as well as building relationships with existing accounts. In many ways, Sales Reps are the face of the company and your role ensures customers are cared for at the highest level of service while providing valuable knowledge and trusted advocacy. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and the owners of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes and embraces Artisan’s Hubspot customer resource management platform on a routine basis (daily/weekly) to track and share your personal effort in prospecting new leads and contacts. Uses Hubspot to update efforts on existing accounts as well as grow our customer base with accounts that are a good fit for the products and services Artisan offers, including appropriate outsourcing opportunities.
  • Develops and hones unique selling proposition to find suitable customers that are seeking partnerships versus those seeking a low-cost print supplier. Strives for sizable accounts that have consistent printing needs for their business operations.
  • Liaise with potential prospects and existing customers through in-person meetings, email, phone, or other electronic media. Serves customers by selling Artisan’s products and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Possesses strong sales acumen through ample preparation and by not taking responses personally regardless of the outcome. Is calm under pressure, asks thoughtful questions, displays effective listening skills and relentlessly demonstrates product value.
  • Fosters a strong company culture through consistent communication of customer objectives and improvement opportunities. Cultivates a friendly, respectful rapport with their manufacturing counterparts working to motivate and inspire the employees of our company through a teamwork approach.
  • Learns, utilizes, and embraces Artisan’s printIQ MIS platform on a routine basis to estimate work, win jobs, and monitor on-time delivery of awarded jobs on behalf of our customers.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, to network new opportunities and provide information to the company’s leadership team on market movement and industry trends.
  • Continuously seeks to improve Artisan’s profitability by making sure each job quoted is estimated accurately to the manufacturing and destination specifications provided.
  • Understands the company handbook, employment policies, and practices.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or higher, plus sales experience in the printing industry.

About the Role

  • We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator with 3–5 years of B2B or B2C marketing experience to join our fast-paced, in-house digital marketing division. This role will serve as a Marketing Coordinator for our clients, driving satisfaction and results while collaborating with our client service lead to lighten their workload. You’ll work with a dynamic team including social media specialists, copywriters, developers, and other in-house and outsourced experts to deliver tailored marketing strategies that meet client goals and enhance our service offerings. Beyond overseeing and managing projects, you’ll also be hands-on in execution—developing strategies, editing blogs, crafting compelling landing page copy, and refining content to enhance our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Client-Facing Marketing Strategy & Support

  • As the acting Marketing Coordinator for 4-8 clients, you will be the primary point of contact developing and executing strategies that align with their business objectives (e.g., lead generation, brand awareness, customer retention).
  • Collaborate with the client service lead to manage client relationships, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless communication and delivery.
  • Coordinate with in-house and outsourced teams—social media specialists, content writers, copywriters, and developers—to execute campaigns and projects on time.
  • Leverage our CRM platform HubSpot to manage campaigns, track performance, and streamline workflows, while utilizing ClickUp for project management.
  • Edit and refine marketing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client brand voices.

Internal Team Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with the client service lead to take on strategic priorities, assignments and tasks.
  • Partner with team members to integrate inbound marketing best practices into our service offerings.
  • Monitor client deadlines and deliverables, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks in a high-volume environment.
  • Contribute ideas to improve day-to-day operations, enhancing client satisfaction and team efficiency.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign and project outcomes, delivering insights to clients and internal stakeholders to refine and improve strategies.
  • Stay current on marketing trends and tools to keep our offerings competitive and effective.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in B2B or B2C environments, ideally with exposure to businesses in the $30+ million revenue range. Experience working with manufacturers would be a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting and copy editing expertise, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content that aligns with brand voice and business objectives.
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including in-house staff and outsourced specialists.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of thriving in an on-site or hybrid work setup.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Google products (e.g., Analytics, Ads, Search Console, Workspace) for marketing purposes.

About the Role

You will oversee organic social media strategy, content development, audience engagement, and performance tracking to ensure measurable success across key platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Discord and emerging channels.

Key Responsibilities

Client-Facing Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies tailored to client objectives, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and conversions.
  • Direct interaction, communication and rapport building with clients.
  • Take responsibility for content calendar planning and execution, ensuring consistency in messaging, brand voice, and posting schedules.
  • Create compelling visual and written content, including graphics, captions, photographs and short-form videos, optimized for engagement and platform-specific best practices.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, fostering discussions, and strategically interacting with niche audiences to expand reach.
  • Leverage user-generated content and influencer partnerships to amplify brand messaging.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, social platform updates, and competitor activity to optimize strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, delivering actionable insights and adjustments to maximize client performance.

Artisan Colour Social Media & Brand Growth

  • Develop and implement Artisan Colour’s internal social media strategy to increase brand visibility and showcase our print, fulfillment, and marketing solutions.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging content that highlights our expertise, case studies, and customer success stories.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with broader business objectives, including lead generation and brand storytelling.
  • Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities to enhance Artisan Colour’s industry presence. Meet with clients to facilitate storytelling opportunities and share case studies.

Social Media Advertising & Performance Marketing (Bonus Skillset)

  • While the primary focus is organic, the ability to strategize and oversee paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a strong plus.
  • Analyze and optimize ad performance, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably in an agency, e-commerce, or brand-side role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in content creation, community engagement, and brand growth through social media.
  • Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging, brand-aligned captions and copy.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite) and design platforms (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using insights and data to optimize content performance.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with video editing for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
